Ami is a mental health professional with formal training in clinical mental health counseling and psychology, holding both her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Adventist University.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, she brings a strong academic foundation and specialized clinical experience to her work with individuals navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges.

Her clinical background includes trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), substance use recovery, and crisis stabilization, equipping her to work with clients presenting with a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.

Ami’s therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered, goal-oriented care, with an emphasis on individualized treatment planning, clinical responsiveness, and measurable progress. She is committed to delivering evidence-informed support that reflects each client’s specific needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
